We specialize in the implementation of demanding recruitment processes (including IT), which we often take over from other employment agencies. We also recruit specialists in very specific areas. Our strength is in the effectiveness of actions and the ability to attract candidates, as part of creative solutions, and our extensive business contacts. We recruit for managerial and specialist positions, as well as for groups of blue-collar workers. We have our representative offices in Nepal and India, thanks to which we have a wide database of candidates - foreigners, both with experience in various industries,as well as for training. We specialize in projects dedicated to the IT sector, production and service companies, and heavy industry. For employees - foreigners, we conduct workshops and our "Buddy Programs", the task of which is to facilitate the worker's implementation into the work environment of a new organization, and to help integrate themselves in a society with a different mentality and culture. The Interim Manager implements the adopted plan in order to increase the value of the organization.
